These paper backed discs are antstatic and dust repellant.  Designed to be used with all models of 405mm (16″) buffers, Hard silicon carbide abrasive grain performs very well in heavy-duty applications for rough sanding, fine sanding or sanding off varnish and paint. Perfect for rotary sanding and ideal on solid timber.
